This lut was designed in DaVinci Resolve Studio. Our entire process was driven by the pursuit of created a lut that can be applied to any properly exposed Canon Log 3 footage and be done editing.
This lut will convert your Canon EOS R6 footage that is shot in Canon Log 3 and you will not need to edit any further.
Assuming you have correctly exposed your shot and correctly white balanced your shot.
If you run into any issues with this lut, it will primiarly be exposure or white balance that is the issue.
1. If it is exposure then add a node or color board before the lut and raise or decrease your exposure. It is crucial to apply any changes to exposure or white balance before the lut in the chain of corrections.
2. If it is white balance, apply the correction in the chain prior to your lut application.

Again, this Lut will not fix poorly exposed footage or poor white balance footage, it is meant to work with properly exposed and balanced Canon EOS R6 footage.
